Day One: Transfer from El Gouna – Discover Luxor Landmarks
Live the adventure with our 2 days Luxor & Aswan tours from El Gouna, our representative will pick you up from your hotel in El-Gouna to start your magical trip. You’ll be transferred in a private A.C vehicle to Luxor and upon your arrival; you’ll accompany your tour guide to visit the best highlights in Luxor including Valley of the Kings, the burial pharaohnic site for the majority of the Ancient Egyptian pharaohs & rulers, and their wives & children including the tombs of Tutankhamun, Hatshepsut, Seti I, Ramesses II, and a lot of other great leader that you will definitely want to see their tombs.
Then you’ll head to visit Colossi of Memnon, which are two giant stone statues of king Amenhotep III, who was a great pharaoh, and he could build some great temples in Egypt. Those statues were named after a Greek hero who died in a great battle and his people wanted to commemorate his memory. After that, you’ll head to Hatshepsut temple, which is located on the western bank of the Nile and its construction took more than 15 years to be built.
You’ll have your lunch at a local restaurant and then head to visit Karnak temples, which is considered the largest temple in the world that contains a lot of temples inside including the Great temples of Amon Ra, Khonso, Ptah, Montu and the temple of the God Osiris.
Finally, you’ll catch your 1st class train to Aswan. When you arrive, you’ll be transferred by a private A.C vehicle to your 5* Hotel in Aswan.
Day Two: Explore Aswan Tourist Attractions – Return Back to El Gouna
In the Morning, after having your breakfast, you’ll check out your hotel in Aswan and then you’ll join your private tour guide to continue your 2 days Luxor & Aswan tours from El Gouna by visiting Aswan attractions including the High Dam that is considered one of the most important Egyptian achievements during the last century. It allowed Egypt to reach a safe era after being supplied with water & electricity. Then, you’ll head in a tour to the most memorable destinations in Aswan and among them, you’ll visit the Unfinished Obelisk that was constructed by Queen Hatshepsut who ruled Egypt from 1478 to 1458 B.C., jointly with Thutmose III, who was only a child.
Finally, you will head to Agilkia Island to visit Philae temple, which has been relocated because the government was afraid that it may be affected by the Nile flood. The magical temple is the symbol of sophistication that can be witnessed through its way of construction and how it was used for some religious matters.
After finishing your tour, you’ll be transferred to the train station to catch your 1st class train back to Luxor and then, you’ll be transferred in a private A.C vehicle back to your hotel in El-Gouna.
