Valley of the Kings

The burial pharaonic site was built from 1539 BC to 1075 BC. Colossi of Memnon

Colossi of Memnon are two giant stone statues of king Amenhotep III built in 1350 BC. Those statues were named after a Greek hero who died in a great battle and his people wanted to commemorate his memory. Amenhotep III was a largely glorious figure with lots of accomplishments to celebrate.

Hatshepsut Temple

Hatshepsut temple was brought into existence back in 1497 BC. It’s the only temple that was privileged to have the most peculiar and outstanding preservation techniques ever, which is why it was ranked among the most important landmarks in Egypt.

Karnak Temples

Karnak temple was built back between 2000 BC and 30 BC. It’s the most terrific temple to be built by manual labor for religious tendencies. It shows off how diligent and powerful the ancient builders and the revered pharaohs were.

After the end of your last exploration for the day, you’ll be transferred to Aswan by train to check in at your hotel in Aswan to stay the night.

The High Dam

The High Dam of Aswan has served as a decisive weapon since it was first built between 1960 and 1970. The dam has a crystal-clear influence on Egypt’s agriculture. It stands up for Egypt against any flood.

The Unfinished Obelisk

To put the Lateran Obelisk into construction, queen Hatshepsut gave orders to get started with building the Unfinished Obelisk between 1478-1458 B.C
